All products are accompanied with a 30 day warranty. The product being returned to Man’s Best Friend© must be returned within 30 days of the product being shipped to the customer. Products may be returned based on the following:
(a) Defective Product – customer to receive replacement product
(b) Unused Product – customer to receive another product at equal or lesser value, or a refund less 30% as a re-stocking fee
